ProductCamp Sydney 2014 Session Voting

ProductCamp sessions run between 20 to 25 minutes which includes time for Q&A at the end. Sessions can take the form of a presentation, a panel or a round table discussion. They don’t have to be polished, they are an opportunity for you to kick start a conversation about Product.

So if you’ve got a great idea and would like to run a session then submit your idea below. Don’t forget to add a description so other campers can decide when voting.

Not ready to run a session at ProductCamp Sydney, then vote on your favourite session topic.

        • Why people 'switch' from one product to another and how you can increase the odds that it goes your way

I'll introduce a simple framework and a quick customer interview technique to help product managers better leverage the drivers and blockers that drive retention and churn:

          - We’ll look at the 4 key forces that product managers need to impact when a customer is purchasing a new product or service:
          > Push of the Current Situation
          > Pull of the New Solution
          > Anxiety of the New Solution
          > Habit of the Current Situation

          - We'll also look at how to interview customers to elicit this information (the ‘switch’ interview).
